Many of our introductions to customers are repair jobs that come as a result of sub-standard installation. We will not leave you stranded and believe firmly that value for money builds long term and mutually beneficial relationships.

That's why we have a "No Cure, No Pay" policy. If your equipment is suitable for purpose and in good working order we will make it functional at our hourly/day rates and warranty our work.

If it is not suitable we will write a full report and let you know why and what to do and provide a fixed estimate to remedy.

All rates are inclusive of standard tools and test equipment.
Exclusive of travel and overnight which will be charged at state/federal allowance rates.
Overtime and Saturday work charged at time and a half, Sundays and holidays double time.

The day rates above are designed mainly for Time and Material and out of scope "Ad Hoc" work.

In many cases, particularly on jobs lasting over 3 days cost savings are possible which shall be passed onto the customer. Also many of the services we offer require us to see your specific needs in order to quote a price.
